Soon after Ohio created conceal/carry law, the city arrested a gun owner for being in a park while armed. It has taken three-five years to make him whole again.

It's pretty obvious to me that the City of Cleveland can't take a hint. Hey stupids in City Hall, read the most recent O.R.C. concerning firearms possession
and carry. Nobody here cares if you like it or not.

It would have taken only one juror to not let this happen. It's called Jury Nullification. For an explanation go to: www.youarestupidif.com
As a Constitutionalist I'm surprised you didn't mention that.

I didn't try the link. It looks like a trap.

Doesn't matter what I am, big cities will order pigs to arrest gun owners regardless of the law. I'm surprised you don't know that.

Liberals/demorats want every word, clause, sentence, and paragraph, contained in the Bill of Rights, ruled by several higher courts before they'll obey them. That's what homerule is all about (ignoring basic fundamental rights of individuals.)

Shame, shame! There you go with that juvenile name calling again. I get the impression you're a better man than that.

Below is your post where you name-call the people in city hall:

America has become a nation of Nazis because Americans have nazi values. They've become just like the people (Nazis) they fought during WW II. Most of them would disagree with me because they don't have a clue what their Nazi enemies were like (other than they knew the Nazis murdered Jews and were told they were evil).

So, Bob, you'll need a good reason to use "shame" to change me, even though I use "shame" to try and change ignorant people like you (Nazis).

I really don't know what it takes to be an ignorant nazi, but I doubt very seriously I or anyone else posting to this forum, outside of those poor deluded fools who actually believe so-called 'gun control' laws really accomplish anything positive. I think that most all of us are in agreement that these laws are a total waste of everyone's time, since criminals don't give a damn about laws anyway. The only thing I take issue with in your posts is what seems to be a paranoia laced, extremely narrow minded view of certain individuals who are now, or have in the past been employed
in, or associated with the law enforcement community in some capacity. In other words, you are just assuming that everyone with that kind of life experience has exactly the same mindset as all the others. WRONG! Try to get to know some of these folks on a personal level, and I sincerely believe you will find yourself lightening up just a bit. If you find one or two that are genuine assholes, you can bet money they were assholes before they became involved with the profession too. Not only that, they'll be the same after they leave it too. I've had the complete misfortune of having to work with some of the ones your posts describe pretty accurately, and you can believe me, it was a great sense of relief I felt when I no longer had to work with them. It's like most anything else, I suppose, where you find everyone to be guilty by association. Remember one or both your parents preaching to you about exactly that. I would only ask that you judge every individual on their own merit, rather than what you perceive to be, just by their associations. I still want to believe that you're really a helluva nice guy, that happens to have developed a really jaded view of certain folks that aren't like your perception at all. Just try to chill out a little, and give good old human nature a chance. Sometimes it actually comes up positive.
I'm sure we would agree on a helluva lot more stuff than you might want consider right now, and that's the wonder of it all. The exploration of life, and personal interaction. It can be very interesting. Give it a shot. You might have a good time.

Most of them really do believe some gun control laws are neccessary and functional.

Once a person wants or accepts gun control laws (wants govt to regulate guns) then they no longer believe the 2nd amendment prohibits govt from regulating guns, ie, they'll say the 2nd amendment nmeans something other than what it says.

Cleveland politicians wholeheartedly believe govt has every right to regulate guns.

Most police will say they support everyone's right to have a gun, but they never behave as though they do. Police and politicians are hypocrites. The 2nd amendment clearly prohibits the govt (politicians and police) from regulating guns.

Bob, you're a day late and a dollar short, I've already done the polls here. Those polled were very skeptical of participating because they knew I would uncover the truth about antigun police who support the 2nd amendment. At least half will say govt has a right to regulate guns, and at least 80% of posters here are police. If there were 100 posters then 40 of them polled are police who support the govt's regulating of guns (more than half who believe in gun control are police OR, most of the gun control people here are police).

Again, Bob, just for you, MOST of the gun control people here at Topix are POLICE. And yes I admit, the polls are not scientific, but I did do them in a manner that would entice most posters to participate, knowing that some people would participate more than once. Busted.

70%-80% of patrol cops support the 2nd Amendment. The chiefs, sherifs, & FOP talking heads are the ones who do not support the 2nd Amendment.

70%-80% of patrol pigs SAY they support the 2nd amendment. All of them are antigun. Chiefs, sheriffs, and FOP (former patrol pigs), are all from the patrol section.

That statement is false, and full of bullshit. You know next to nothing about LEOs, other than the ones who have arrested you. By far the biggest majority of sherifs & chiefs in this country are elected, only about half have any law enforcement experience. Most are nothing but fancy dressed politicians. And the FOP is full of elected reps from LEO units all over this country, again - nothing more than politicians.

70%-80% of line officers are pro-gun & support the 2nd amendment.

Hilarious ! The chief pigs are openly antigun and never arrest anyone, while the rank and file (patrol cops) are pro-gun and must do the dirty work of arresting any person who violates a gun control law ? Hmmm. Sounds like more pig bullshit to me.

What is hilarious is the fact that you took the moniker that is synonymous with "traitor". Lemme guess, you're also a sovereign citizen and no one tells you what to do!
