A person does put into pass legislation that redefines rape in multiple facets. In Washington State, it is required to hold at least 5% of the vote in an election to be a major party...the last senate election there was a mistake and no one won and no one was on the ballot for republican...thats 0% of the vote. They are no longer a major party in Washington. That means they can't have a ballot slot, they have to sign up like a minor party....that deadline passed 2 weeks ago. Libertarians are making this charge to keep Republicans off the ballot....have fun with that. No republicans can come from Washington
