Anybody have a real answer to the ACTUAL question or is this just a forum for u morons to complain, piss and moan to each other?? Please get f*%king lives for your own good. Listen- either try and provide a reasonable response to the question at hand or shove ur 2 cents up your ass bc no one really gives a f*^k ok? Wha wha wha blah blah blah. Give a straight answer or please- shut the f&$k up bc all I want to know is if a f&$king deadbeat parent still has to pay the support to the child if they've never paid and now the child is over 21. My friends mom is a scum and I want to know if she can still go after her mom for the back support owed. Thanks in advance if anyone can answer this

yeah its me wrote:
Dead beats? All you women just want money. You could care less about the kids. I see my kids more then most fathers and i still pay. Just to see their mother buy herself stuff get her hair done nails. All you women are the same when you hit 30s and have kids. You pack up and leave and knowing you get a % of his money. I see it all the time and you all are a pile off ****.!
I couldn't agree more! According to our custody agreement neither party has to pay child support but pay half of the monthly medical. I pay her anyways because I love my kids. She then takes the money and uses it for cruzes. Even when I had my kids for the summer I paid her. She never paid me a dime when I had them. Now they are almost 18 and graduating and they are living with their grandmother. So now I'm paying both the x and my mother. I know I don't have to pay but I don't want her to take me to court again. She takes her first husband to court every 6 months to get her child support ammended because she knows he gets a raise then...

I am trying to get increase in child support because I have reduced my income and my current husband makes 60000.
I have a savings account in sons name with $40,000 in it- would it count against me?

i hope it does. you have almost as much as your husband makes a year in a savings account for the use of your son supposedly. yet you want your husband to pay more? because YOU have reduced YOUR income? this is child support. not lazy baby mama support. get off of your ass and go to work.
source: yes, i'm a bitter father who gets raked over the coals by the system, while "you" people get to make us legal slaves. go f yourself.

If a daughter ends up pregnant at 19, whom just graduated high school last fall, is the noncustodial parent still responsible to pay support and provide health insurance for their daughter? She is not going to college and has no plans to, is keeping this baby and still lives with her custodial parent. If anyone knows about this law, please let me know.

My daughter will be 18 in a few days. She is attending a community college but wants to live on campus at a 4 year college next to me in Nj she lives in New York. Mother don't want to lose her to me for tax purposes. Is this right? What can I do?
