That's such a stupid view of the industry. 1st off the 3 will be almost the same size. 2nd, size isn't what it was/is all about any way idiot. The synergies is what it is all bout and the huge cost savings of those synergies. Profit is king. Let go of ur hate.

Let go ur hate? You appear to be the angry name calling one. And yes profit is king, that's why so many are being left behind. When you put profit above everything else only a very few come out on top. And if profit is king? how will this drive their synergy to work as partners? and if number two in profit isn't so bad, how is profit king? What U say amounts to (Ship High In Transit).

Calling idiot stupid isn't hate talk. It's the truth. We are there as a team. Ur old days of 2 hr lunches for 80k a yr are gone in every industry. Perhaps if you had been more productive, alas the union said to go slow, need more members, go slow, need more dues.

U going slow for more member dues? Guess what, ur bluff got called. None or lack of productivity in the market place assures u not getting a paycheck. Again, thx 4 playin' in the big league and being left behind.

Mr Anderson didn't make the biggest AL. He merged 2 carriers. If, when we merged we would have been #2 in size u would have demeaned him for that. No legacy carrier wants to be the biggest, they want the most profit from the resouces @ hand.

Mr aderson never made anything. Mr adreson is just good at taking what other people made. And as I remember it... Mr aderson had nothing to do with the merger... it was DS at the time. RA somehow magically showed up after the merger.

If you are one of Northworst's old mechanics, you shouldn't be bragging about your ability to predict the future.

What you are saying is Richard Anderson, the CEO of Delta at the time of the merger, had nothing to do with the merger? Just curious, but what are you good at? Your business acumen could use some work.

Explain the significance of working for the biggest airline. Delta employees are working for the the most profitable (net revenue) airline in the USA. Good news for the employees. Good news for frequent flyers like me. Claiming Delta has poor management simply underscores your ignorance of the subject.

Why don't the former Northworst mechanics simply admit you lost. You got outplayed. Business is a blood sport. You sound like a team that loses the big game, and spends the rest of their lives crying about the officiating. The other guys wanted it more than you. Game over. Move on.

Leadership didn't 'make' the largest airline. They merged 2 airlines. They didn't do it for size. They have advisors that knew there would be more consolidation in the industry. the
