Yes but the majority of all of those business are moving out of California

LOL, I take it you've not been to Toronto or Vancouver. Hell even Portland, OR has a robust techno driven economy. Why do you think those companies started up in places like that? Imagine the Jobs that would have still be in CA if they would not have made it so difficult to stay there. Don't let it fool you, the Liberals side of California want's two things - Cheap Labor (keep the illegals safe and sound and flowing in) and have only 2 classes of citizens (The Rich & the Poor). Eliminate competition and get rid of the middle class.

I have posted links showing the number of business that have left California is more than ten to one to new ones opening up.....

I personally closed everything down in California.
I know many people that also did the same....

Business are leaving California at a unsustainable rate....

Tax revenue continually fall in California so the state adds more taxes and fees so more people leave and the cycle continues

Apple said there move to Texas will save them billions in taxes.
Google is going to Tn

Apple is still headquartered in Cupertino, with no plans to leave, and even Austin's offer of $21 million to open an office in that city may be refused despite the obvious enticement.

Google is still headquartered in its Mountain View "Googleplex".

Amazon was never headquartered in California, so why claim it was?

There has never been a better engine of prosperity than California. Granted, the state's Constitution is a joke, mostly because it allows any schmuck with a grievance to cut taxes without cutting spending, but, despite that, more amazing companies continue to spring up in California than anywhere else on Earth...which is why they also stay there.

I am talking about what business owners are telling me and what I have read.
4 restaurants in Marina Vallarta are from closed restaurants in California alone.
Texas is filled with California business.
We have a guy just north of town that makes CPap machines and moved just two months ago here from Orange county

I still own a beautiful property in the hills east of Santa Rosa but all of my business are now gone from California.

This really is a waste of time - California Politicians are so thick headed and refuse to look at statistics. They will not stop until the state has an "F" credit rating or they are bankrupt.(Which isn't very far away) The High Speed Train to Nowhere is the perfect example. They have no money to fund it but will just continue to go into deeper and deeper debt. Pray for the children in California, the sins of the parents are what they will have to pay for.**Totally irresponsible** They line their own pockets...

Texan prosperity is mostly due to booming oil and gas companies, as well as to infrastructure largesse from the past two decades' Texan domination of the Republican Party, White House and Congress.

California is still the idea state. It, and the rest of the West Coast, are simply suffering more from the global depression because the region has more global, cyclical industries. Tech has been hammered. Aerospace is stagnant. Manufacturing is turning to robots and offshore factories. And the West Coast is somewhat lacking in recession-resistant industries such as finance, healthcare and consumer staples.

Texas bigest boom today is the influx of new money and business......PERIOD.......

California was in trouble long before the recession took hold.......

These are facts..........PERIOD.....

Spending has been on the rise for years.
Revenue has been falling for years.
Business are leaving at an alarming rate.
Two more cites last week are filing for bankruptcy.
if the trend continues in less than two years California will not be able to pay the interest on its debt....
In less than a year government workers will not get a pay check and retired workers will not get a check either.

California has two choices.........
One is to cut spending drastically but liberals will never do that...
The other is to raise taxes and that will be the straw that broke the camels back....

Brown could raise taxes without a vote but he is to scared to do that as he knows the problems it will cause.
So that is why he wants the vote he can then blame the problems on the voters and not him....

There are thousands of business owners that like me have had enough.......Add one more fee or one more penny in tax and they will do like I did and move all of my business and finances out of California......

I have a neighbor here that has more than 50 large chain restaurants in California and he has already told his managers to be prepared as one more increase in anything including electric cost and all of them will close on a hours notice......We are talking about over 100 people per restaurant.
He has already ended his health insurance because of the increases in cost and if he is forced to pay the 2k fine per worker he will close

I have another friend with Radio shacks all across California.
He has closed about 26 of them this year alone and is talking about closing them all...

The man I sold my alternative energy company to already closed and move it to Nevada and sells on the internet only.......

Another man in Woodland Ca that farmed thousands of acres of rice did not even plant this year even as the price is good....He said it was not worth it and he and his wife are now here full time and he is starting a aqua phonic project were he will grow Talipa in tanks and run the water thru acres of hydrophonic lettuce and salad greens.......Taxes and regulations was his reason...

These are business owners that I know personally......

Talk to almost any business owner in California and you will see that the vast majority are one more increase away from leaving.....
