Yeah ... in the Courts.

This is NOT where the WAR will be won, because there is one trump to the Court decisions, and individual State measures, and in THAT fight we will be fighting battles we've already won all over again.

A Federal Constitutional Amendment is coming down the pike, and it will be a prime political focus in 2014-16-18, piggybacking on other issues that will change the makeup of State Houses and Congress.
