Nevada, Harry Reids state. Just another pathetic state lost to Illegals. Watch the US continue to collapse, all due to Illegals. Our gov has been purchased by Big Business for over 20 years. Think things will get better, YOU ARE DREAMING!

Congress makes the laws. The president is supposed to enforce the laws. Whenever there is a Republican in the white house, the laws go unenforced. If you cannot see that with your own two eyes then you are blind as a Bush.
You must have blinds on, quite frequently when Obama doesn't like the laws, he just makes up new onesor get's Eric Holder to sue.

President Obama exercises his duties under the Constitution of the United States and follows the laws. If he didn't the republican controlled house would impeach him.

Ummmm...no, he does not. If he did, he wouldn't start saying illegal immigrants with "certain" records will be deported, but others will be ignored. Our laws do not distinguish between any illegal aliens. They say if you're an illegal alien, you GO HOME!

Obama is overstepping his boundaries -- big time!

I'm amazed that you still believe there is a difference in the sock puppets who as$ chairs in the oval office. Especially since none of them write US policy. They flap their jaws and say what their bosses tell them to say. Those bosses don't change - just the sock puppets change and their scripts vary superficially according to what poltical party they pretend to be in.

Obama wouldn't recognize a law if one jumped up and bit him in the butt. He's too busy sending the first daughter on spring break trips to Mexico on the taxpayers' dime.

"anti-illegal immigration rhetoric."

You mean anti illegal alien rhetoric. Other countries don't consider it rhetoric, it's law.

Congress holds the purse strings. President Obama has limited resources to clean up a mess that has accumulated more than a decade. Until the Republican congress increases funding for these sort of things, Obama has to prioritize. Wouldn't you rather use your last ticket out of the US on a convicted felon repeat offender? Or would you choose to leave the criminal on the streets and deport an 18 year old college student who attended K-12 in the US and maintains a 4.0 GPA?

Whoever is caught first, that's who I want deported. The reason for this is because they often release the violent criminals anyway, so if someone rallies in the street, proclaiming their illegal status, arrest them and deport them. If they catch someone here illegally in a traffic stop, arrest them and deport them, regardless of their previous criminal history. When actually "hunting down" illegal aliens, then go after violent felons and repeat offenders. However, all caught should be deported.

It isn't that easy. There is this thing in our constitution called due process. All that costs time and money. Focus on the worst first and later, if there is room in the budget, kick a smart kid in the nuts to show everyone who's boss.

Yes, and while going through "due process", if they cannot prove they are here legally, then our laws state they must be deported. Obozo is the one changing things -- against our Federal Statutes.

As you can see, that college student that has attended K-12 in the US and has no criminal record is entitled to relief from deportation under current law anyway. Court appointed attorneys love handling these cases because it's an easy government paycheck guaranteed for at least two years. Not to mention the free publicity for their liberal law firms. The ones brought in with criminal records are much easy to deport cause they have already forfeited any form of relief that they might have had if they weren't criminals. The process to deport criminal aliens is faster and cheaper so Obama is getting a bigger bang for our buck. You aught to thank him.

"aught"??? You mean "ought", don't you?

No, they are not "entitled to relief". Read our Federal Statutes. Nowhere does it state anyone is entitled to relief. That is Obozo making up his own laws. Thus, he is NOT following the laws of this country.

So, the bank bailout and buying GM, Obaminationhealthcare, etc. were following our laws? Was not protecting our states from foreign invasion? Neither Bush nor Obama followed or enforced our laws - they made token gestures as sops to the public, then did what was in the best interest of big businesses and banks. Obama merely continues in Bush's footsteps, because he is owned by the very same fascist globalists who continue to control the US Federal Government via the Presidency and the US Treasury. That's all they need. There's little doubt of that, anymore. You know it and most Americans who can think know it.
