In Sweden they found a possible link between flu shots and narcolepsy. But we're not afraid of a few sise effects like that, paralysis, or Alzheimers are we? Actually, I enjoy parts of being sick, it a time I get a lot of sleep.

Vitamin C, Vitamin D-3(the sunshine vitamin) and green tea, keeps the flu and the doctor away.

Why do you say that? The link took me to a description of what sounds like a very cool custom built home. Have we met?

What a pile of crud. Nothing to do with flu, or the nasty side effects these vials of poison can induce.

As a holistic nutritionist, I like to combat the flu with probiotics. And guess what, Choconat "The Wellness Chocolate" makes a raw, dark chocolate with probiotics! Chew on that ;)

Eating immune boosting foods rich in vitamins B and D certainly helps. I found a supplement on amazon that's done the trick for me as well. It's called instant immunity and so far this flu season it's been good to me.
