The Quality of Life GRT went down in flames but I assure you it will be considered again - especially when we're faced with significant funding cuts to programs county wide.
There is a reason New Mexico is last in the United States in everything that is good and first in everything that is bad and it all boils down to people like you running this state. Enjoy the misery you set forth on this state!

Just dump more money down the toilet. Fund another president's departure. Build another art building. Waste some more money. We can always print more. Tax the taxpayers. "You won't even feel it", as they drive a telephone pole up your asteroids. NM will always be last, no matter how much money we spend. It gets spent on the wrong things.
