Legal is the default position. And think of the fun they will have if they try to pull those licenses later, if they decide to make same sex marriage illegal.

Lawsuits galore.

The way people approach the law mystifies me. There's no law against marriage equality there and, apparently, the only indicators that only opposite sex couples can marry are the gender-suggestive titles on the license application forms (I'm assuming they say "Bride and Groom" or something like that).

So why have so many people for so long simply assumed that marriage equality wasn't legal there?? How did we get to the point in this country were people are simply assuming, absent any law, that marriage equality is automatically banned anywhere that the law is mute on the subject?

So if I started telling everyone that divorcees are banned from civil marriage as long as their first spouse was still alive, would people believe it and simply stop re-marrying??? I kinda doubt it.

But declare that something regarding gay people is illegal and everyone just buys it goes on with their life. Bizarre!!!

64 licensed married gay couples have been living in New Mexico since 2004
.
They were married in Sandoval County just north of Albuquerque; and they have remained married ever since
.
Question: So how many straight peoples' marriages have been destroyed because 64 licensed gay married couples have lived in their midst for nearly ten years?
.
Answer: None!
.
What the straight people didn't know didn't hurt them

a bug just fell on my coffee but I spooned out right away. Continued drinking my Arabian beverage and pondered as to how happy two females, together sharing everything forever must be. No more worries as to what would happen when one of them dies, worries about their shared finances, or her grown children attempts to take it all away. LEGALITY changed their perspectives. Good for them. There was another bug in my coffee that I didn't see. Yaach!!! I drank more coffee than that dead bug. UH!

Sounds like you are a little buggy as is your post. Perverts hurt only themselves (and little things like companies having to shell out for medical insurance, etc.) Continue your buggy hallucination.

Bruno, my dad had a friend by the same name. Naw, you couldn't be that person. I think he went to Chicago. Bruno, are you, yourself REAL? Does Chicago mean anything to you? How old are you? oh never mind, it's all in your mind. Take care.
