NM regulatory commissioner advocates closed meetings, then recants

Valerie Espinoza, newly elected to the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, began her term Thursday by suggesting that the agency's leaders hold a closed meeting after every public session.

I don't see any reason why the closed meeting. This is a public office and any discussion should be public information.
