You can try just typing in a last name, and then simply scroll through the first names. I don't believe it's "case sensitive", so the name can be all upper or lower case.

It does only cover cases that have had action in New Mexico courts at the local, county, and state level. If the case is/was Federal, I don't think it will show up up, but I believe there are other websites with that info. Also, if the case was outside New Mexico, it won't be there. Some other states have their own similar sites, others are handled by county sites, and others don't have the info online at all.

If you've had any tickets in New Mexico, you can "practice" looking up your own name, or feel free to use mine. I know I have one ticket and a child support case in there!

Also, if the name was mis-spelled by the courts, the mis-spelling will carry over to the website.

Hey, my internet stalker is here!

If one ticket and one civil case in 47 years is being a "regular", then yup! I sure am!

Since you don't have the backbone to use your real name while making all of your snide and irrelevant comments from the dark shadows of your mother's basement in Santa Fe, I guess we'll only have to guess what kind of stuff you are hiding from.

Anyone care to offer up speculation?

The LC Chamber has a post card that shows one coming on vacation and leaving on probation, along with the web site.

And, if I'm not mistaken, they've been giving them out for free on Halloween since 2007!

Looking on nmcourts.gov you will find the current witch-hunt of Moises Martin Menchaca. An inmate at DACDC since September 8, 2007, waiting for a trial to face his accusers in court.

In this particular case, Mr. Menchaca's accuser is the 3rd Judicial District Court, since the defense has a witness from the victims side of the family who has testified that Menchaca wasn't at the scene of the crime.

What we're waiting on apparently with the DA's office is the detailed investigative work by the palm-reader, whoopi, trying to find the key witnesses that have been missing for two years.

Only in the 3rd Judicial District Court of New Mexico can you witness an actual witch-hunt in progress, right here in the 21st Century.

As the intense "whoopi" investigation saga continues down at district, all ears are waiting over on the 'SM sticks to issues' thread for an explanation why this case, where the defense has been ready for trial since month 9, and the DA has been sitting on the same evidence since then, won't give Mr. Menchaca his constituional right to face his accusers in a court of law.

The 'malicious multi-taskers' of the 3rd Judicial District Court in Dona Ana County, NM sure has alot of explaining to do!

I think the only reason people pick on you is you try to come off as joe bidnessman and conservative personified. Then they see you wasting the taxpayer's money badgering a convenience store clerk over $100/mo. in child support and a show cause order where you were hauled into court by the judge for not paying the $80 fine in the month he gave you. While it may often make the attacking party seem mean or invasive it always leaves you looking the part of a fraud. I am pretty sure that is why it continues.

NM courts is over-used by looky-loos. There should be a small fee associated with each search just to keep people from "surfing" that web-site to find out poop on their neighbor.

Hey Mikey! Good to see you! And good to see you still repeating the same ole' drivel that is so old that it now amounts to lies. Can't you come with some new material after six months of repeating the same stuff over and over?

I didn't notice anyone "picking" on me. You'll have to point it out. Guess I'm just not sensitive enough to care what a bunch of anonymous yahoos on an open forum have to say about me.(Perhaps that's why they call it "self-confidence"?)

Sorry if anything I say hurts YOUR feelings, buddy. Guess you need to go grow a pair before you become involved with the rest of society.

I see your at least not using the old "address doesn't exist and mail was returned" bit anymore, after I pointed out that you must have been confusing me with someone else, as it isn't anywhere in the record, and indeed never happened.

You next challenge is go back and do some more research and find out what other factual errors you continue to make! Should keep your free time occupied for a while!(Though I still heartily assert that you MUST have SOMETHING better to do with your life than do background searches on lil' ole' me, and then follow me around Topix forums repeatedly posting the same ole' stuff...but hey, it's a free country.)

Myself? I've got other things to do this fine Memorial Day weekend. Perhaps I'll take the kids to the woods. We've had tons of rain up here, and we can have a campfire!

Have a great day!

There is that, but then all the stuff is public record anyways.

A case can be made that it actually saves the state money, because people don't have to go down to the courthouse and occupy some government employee's time to look up all of this stuff. And there's less chance that folks will get into the files and screw them up, damage documents, or try to steal them.

Besides, it helps keeps hooligans off the streets. After all, what would guys like Micheal Morris do with all of their free time other than go out and get themselves into all kinds of trouble? It's worth it just for that!

Geez Micheal. Don't you have anything better to do? Folks were trying to have a conversation here, and it was all going pretty well until you stuck your ass into it.

Nickel really chewed it off for you, though. Kind of reminds me of Benjamin Netenyahu.

Just out of curiosity, I looked up both of your names on nmcourts.gov , and Morris, you've spent a lot more time in the courts system than Nickel ever has.
