Martinez: NM anti-prostitution laws need updating

New Mexico state laws aimed at fighting prostitution are outdated and need to be fixed to help authorities go after online sites that promote prostitution, Gov.

There is nothing wrong with the law. She can't read. It clearly says a "a place where prostitution is practiced, encouraged or allowed, or participating in the establishment, ownership, maintenance or management thereof"

A website is a place.

A website has an address. People "visit" websites.

So therefore when some uses a website, which technically is a place, they are encouraging, participating, maintaining and managing a place for the promotion of prostitution.

As I said she can't read, but she for sure will waste government time and money trying to write a law or append one when it is truly unnecessary. At some point someone has to recognize how wasteful she is.

This woman has ammounted to NOTHING so far. She is turning out as crooked as Richardson but making a lot less progress. And she has done nothing lately except make excuses for one failure after another.

She has a commment on every item in the news but seems to not be doing much else but following those cameras around. She has just enough time to manipulate the SIC (which she swore to distance herself from in the campaign) and get into a bevy of big money and land deals. But she has done nothing that she suggested she would do for New Mexico business.

She is just another politician. And losing her luster as fast as any politician I have ever seen.
