I was very upset to have seen this post. I am a single female looking for a home in South Jersey and found this informational post. I am thankful for this information because I would never want to be in a home alone with someone who has been credibly accused of child sexually abusing a child. I want no part of this person. Does the real estate office know of this man and the allegations?

This Real Estate Office is also in EHC. I can not believe that the owner or owners do not know what this man has been accused of. I googled Rev Terence Mcalinden and also contacted family that lives in the tuckerton area. I can not believe that he is now a Real Estate Agent after being a priest for 40 years. Does not make sense unless he is truely guilty of the alligations made agianst him. They must be true if his Bishop found the alligations to be true. I agree home buyer I would not wanna be in a house alone with this man.

L find it very hard to believe that 1 (one) boy/man who allowed Mac to marry him and baptize both his children took 37 years to come forward with this allegation.

I have been doing alot of research on this perticular situation. Based on the Bishop's statement there must be something that has made the Bishop put McAlinden on adminastrative leave with restrictions were he is not to represent himself as a priest or perform priestly duties in public. I also have herd that there is more then 1. RTM the news articles claim that the man that came forward is 37 so it didnt take 37 years for him to come forward and based on his statement he was abused and controlled for many years. So it is understandable that McAlinden was the priest that said the mass for his wedding and I dont think he said the mass for his childrens baptism. I had asked someone who knows this family well and they say Fr Whiteman(spelling unsure) was the priest that said mass when there children were baptized. RTM I ask you if he was so innocent then why was he put on adminastrative leave? and why do you not see him saying mass? why would an innocent priest now sell realestate? if he was or is retired why is he not saying mass on weekends?. Also when do you belive that McAlinden is a pedephile? when there are 10 victims? 20 victims? 100 victims? or 1. Im sure when the facts come to light, just like many other cases where priest have molested children there will not have to be a judge that finds him guilty but rather the facts. I also have herd that there is a recording of McAlinden admitting to what he has done. Maybe, if that is true you will side on the side of the victim and not the PRIEST that abused and took advantage of everyone by living such a sinful life. In cases of Priest sexually abusing children it comes down to Power and Controll. The collar is a powerful tool to such evil men. Everyone should take what has been said by the Bishop and the victim seriously, If it wasnt found to be crediable then I can see standing 100percent on the side of the accussed. But with the facts are out there, that is not the case. So walk softly because there is going to be a day that you will have to appologize to the victim for finding him guilty of false alligations over finding the abuser guilty of such evil. It works both ways innocent untill proven guilty. As of now the victim is found to be crediable so that makes McAlinden not innocent but rather guilty of the alligations brought agianst him. Another question for you RTM, What does McAlinden say? I havent been able to find anything or any responses from McAlinden on the matter. And why would that be?

I believe Rev. Terence McAlinden is guilty! I also believe it is shameful for a real estate office to employee someone, in which the allegations against him have been deemed "credible" by his own bishop. Doesn't that strike anyone as being suspect?

Just look at it this way... mostly in the Church, pedophiles, rapists, and all abusers are protected from the allegations getting to legal authorities, because the Catholic Church protects and harbors its' abusing priests. But, in the case of Terence McAlinden, his own bishop has removed him from the church and put him on administrative leave because the bishop felt the evidence against the priest was credible. Now why would the bishop think that? Is it possible that Terence McAlinden is a pedophilic piece of horse dung and I hope the bastard rots in hell for eternity?

By the way, if "mac" is reading these comments, I'd like to say, "You're going down! Justice is coming for you!"
