I have heard many terrible comments about the winner. People that say he doesn't know English, is illegal, etc... That is just terrible! He knows English enough to have a business in this country and looks to be a very honest man. He is no illegal and even if he was, he bought a ticket and was fortunate enough to win. He won fair and square. Makes me feel like we have all won! I am the daughter of Dominican parents from El Cibao also =). My mother is from El Cerraso (past San Jose De Las Matas) and my father was from Damajagua (he died almost 2 years ago). I wish the family well and GOD bless them!
