The solution is simple, Teach these women ( illegals) to stop breeding like rats or pay their way. The more the City/State/Fed. pay the more they abuse the situation.
Bottom line, if you can not support yourself,,, you are unable to support/feed another.

I vehemently protest referring to illegal aliens as rats. I have had rats for pets and they are well behaved and smart. In my opinion, illegals are more like roaches. Dirty, disease carrying roaches.
