Bull. Protecting people is never against the law, this is just a cop-out.

By this logic, than cities cant make their own speed limits in the cities as state speed limits dont cover them. the Nebraska AG is just a anti LGBT bigot and is showing the whole nation that, his "opnion" is not legal and will not stand up in court

Bruning is currently running for State Senator. This is just a political ploy to appeal to his knuckle-dragging Republican base. I predict in a year or two he'll be involved in a rest stop scandal. Look at those swollen lips.
