here in ca just about every hispanic teen female we see is knocked up, they don't let up on having kids until they cannot get welfare on them.

those who do not beg off the system do not have tons of kids when they pay the cost themselves.

Birth Tourists: Going for the 14th Amendment

The increase in maternity tourism by Chinese stems in part from the US government relaxing visa rules for the Chinese in June 2008, as well as Chinese being wealthy enough to pay the cost. By issuing more tourist visas, the US was hopeful that deep-pocketed Chinese tourists could help revitalize the then sluggish economy.

"Hispanic rates, though, continue to be much higher than those for blacks and whites in most of the states with the largest Hispanic populations, including California, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Georgia.

Texas has the highest number of teen births in the nation, with nearly 43,000 in 2011. Nearly two-thirds were to Hispanic moms."

With all the statistics they have why do they lump all "Hispanics" together and why can't they publish the numbers for children born to non-citizens?
