It would be nice if the news were up to date. HGTV has cancelled the show due to the twin hosts' racist, homophobic and all around idiotic publicly embarrassing statements.

My first thought when I saw them pictured together on another story, "Whoa!! A hot new gay couple on HGTV! Nice!"

Then I read the story.

What a sad waste of hot men that they're such idiots.

These "religious" and antigay types of people, to me, are spewing rotten, infected pig shit and I ignore them utterly. The *more* they try to FORCE others to adopt their views, the more vociferous and unbudging I am. My views will never, never change, the end.

No one is forcing views upon others. You just must realize that hateful and bigoted views will cost you in the long run. If you are willing to accept that, then you may spew away.

Tell that to the New Hampshire father speaking out at a recent meeting and objecting to the strong sexual content in the material unbeknownst to him. He was arrested.

Yes, but he wasn't arrested for "speaking out". He was arrested for disorderly conduct. BIG difference.

William Baer was allotted the standard two minutes to voice his objections to a one-page sex scene that takes place in Jody Picoult's novel, "19 Minutes", which has been part of the school district's approved curriculum for seven years. Baer continued to rant after his two minutes expired, and after he was reminded that his time was up, he got belligerent and said "Well, then, I guess you're just going to have to arrest me," and he continued to speak. And so, they did indeed arrest him.

Nice try on spinning the story, Chutzpah, but disrupting the peace isn't protected under the first amendment.

They don't look attractive, they don't look even like fraternal twins, and one of the two pings my gaydar.(The one on the left of the main photo at r-story.)

They sound loathsome just given the real estate flipping stuff, which has a whiff of ponzi scheme, even without the multiple sorts of bigotry they promote.

HGTV probably did okay to Duck this one...assuming the show remains dead.

I'd say a man being arrested after having to leave a 'civil' meeting regarding strong sexual content presented to his daughter IS forcing their views. So SHUT! The _____uP!

You either choose to ignore the truth, or only expose yourself to half truths based on the sites you visit. Neither option is good. Try to get the whole story before you opine, it will further your point. Oddly, if you did get the whole story, you would have no point.

The gentleman in NH WAS allowed his time to speak, he simply became disruptive. If the content is so offensive, he has the right to pull his daughter out of the school and home school her where she would not be exposed to anything he did not approve of. Except, of course, when she turned on the internet, a TV, a radio, or talked to a friend.

Everyone was allotted the same amount of time to speak, even the sexually sick, laughable, rube xstains.

You're not special or getting extra time just because you can't shut up about how jaysus hates everyone who isn't doling out money to some telepreacher.
