Reform would entail sealing the border, ending birthright citizenship and enforcing the laws as they are written. Don't like it, don't sneak in.

Either it's pathway to citizenship or deportation a decision has to be made soon so that both americans and immigrants will have a clear understanding about this issue.

Tell that to the unemployed Americans who worked in the various arms of construction or did other unskilled jobs. Quit believing the myth that they only work jobs that Americans won't....that is clearly bogus.

Some individuals find it hard to place the blame on Enron, BP, Bush, Katrina, 9-1-1, the banks, the auto industry etc., finding it easier to blame the current unemployment situation on a peon picking lettuce or a Native American woman from Guatemala whose husband was killed and whose house was burned down and made the trek over thousands of miles to get to the "promised land". Deport Bush instead.

Exactly! That is the point. Immigrants and Americans have done the jobs you listed for over 200 years.

That's the job for the House and Senate and no one else.

Their job is to represent their constituents with legislation that best serves Americans, not their own special interests.
