Living in an RV on Church Property

What is the law with regards to living in an RV on private property in Missouri? This is actually church property where the RV is parked. The pastor has allowed a member of the church to park his RV at the rear of the church. It has been there over a year. There are two adults and 2 children living in the RV, plus another man who sleeps in the church's library who is a relative of those in the RV. There are electrical wires coming out the back door of the church and into the RV so that is how these people get their electricity. Apparently they must use the church's bathrooms, since they don't have water hook up. If this is legal, what is to prevent anybody and their brother from letting people live in their back yards in RV's. I understand the pastor wanting to help these people, but common sense tells you this should be against zoning regulations. The location is Jefferson County Missouri.

If it's not your church, mind your own business.

This is not about "minding your own business". This is against the law in most areas, simply because it trashes up the neighborhood and destroys home values. If this would be acceptable, what's to stop people from living in sheds in other's back yards, or even on the church property.
I know the church where of you speak.
It is on Mark Trail in House Springs, Missouri.

Neither Jeff City nor House Springs is Hillsboro. It's not your town. It doesn't affect you in any way. Stop whining like a little bitch and mind your own business.

Guest must be a relative of this bunch.
People in the neighborhood say the boys run around all night long, smoke and spit in front of the church and they don't like the parents. The occupants of the RV are giving the church a bad name, because they look and act like dopers.

No, I'm not a relative. Just think you should mind your own damn business. Whining like a crybaby school girl on topix about something hundreds of miles away that doesn't affect you in any way is ridiculous. Grow up.

Dear Guest,
Please give your address so that this illegally parked RV family can come and permanently reside on your property, run up your electric bill and use your bathroom.

If it's not your church, your property, your electric bill, your bathroom, or even your town, STFU and MYOB.

There is no law agains it. Unless the children are in danger there is no law broken for temporary shelter for someone in need. I take it you are referring to shady acres. Why don't you go knock on there door and ask what is going on and remove your own disrespectfully agenda. I gather your issue is not that people are living there but with the church itself.

The pastor had to go to court over this issue and was informed that it was illegal. The illegal residents were forced to move off the property along with their RV.

This is why people are starving and on the streets. All you people care about is your money and your property. I don't know why you even bother to look in the direction of the church. You are obviously a couple of GODLESS individuals. The right thing to do would have been to knock on the RV and hand them a hot meal or offer them a hand up in some way. I am disgusted by people like you... Then the King will say to those on His right,'Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; I was naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.
