so is free to the public or rather open to the public, right? the missouri courts system would not put it out there if it were not public, right? does anyone know the answer to this. frankly, i don't consider it an invasion of privacy if they put it out there for anyone to access.

Case Net is a free pulic tool. Being that the information therin that stated site,( ) Doesnt describe specifics about the defendents said case it does not fall under invasion of privacy. The site states the defendents charges, as well as past and future court dates, and what happened at each, in an overall summary which anyone can hear personally at court.
