I'm was victim at the age of 8 but I now know the difference. All reported sex offender on the registry as it is today are not offenders some are a victim of them are victims of a witch hunt because of past violent acts of people they don't even know on people they never met. Many are paying the price for others. I think it's time these laws take a change from where they are headed.

I agree with you 100% I use to molest my 7th grade school teacher I just could not help it she was so perty she had a tight but and perky tittys. I would find myself sitting right in front of her in study hall and fell her foot romming between my legs. I would get her so hot sitting in front of her that after class we would go to her van so I could take advantage of her! will thank god I made her get an abortion when she got pregnet I could of gotten into a lot of trouble! that is what made me give up on molesting my school teachers!
Now that I am in 8th grade Im into molesting my Preist it is okay to do it with a Preist cause he told me God says it is oky!

I do beleive she meant the parents would make sure justice has been paid. probably by death which I personally think is ok for these sick people they need to be in jail or prision for life and yes they need counseling but that shouldn't be all they get.

Do you think before you post your comments?

The law sucks. I saw a story on tv a few years ago about a couple who were 18 and 15. They had been together since they were 15 and 12. Unfortunately the girl got pregnant at 15 and when the school found out the father was 18 they reported him. He got a year in jail and he can't see the girl or his CHILD. He wants to marry the mother. He can't. The girls parents even made a plea to the court not to send him to jail as they had been together so long. ITs sad. He'll have to register as a sex offender the rest of his life. ITs not right. I was molested as a child but i don't want the innocent ones to have to pay because of the a@@holes.
I know you said it's a story, im sure based on a true story. How can you say he was innocent? He was 18 and her 15. What is a 15y/o doing with a 12y/o in the first place? The parents should have had talks with both kids. The girl's parents should not have let her date the boy. I have 2 kids and my daughter is older then my son. I want my kids to be kids not worry about dating at 12 or even 15. If anyone was to harm my kids I'd make sure they paid for it. Too many parents end up as grandparents too early cause they don't have these talks with their kids. Some even let the bf or gf spend the night thinking "oh my kids aren't having sex". That to me is just giving them permission for it.

Wow you too. Female School teachers are soo easy to molest and they are every where! But it is a little risky cause they are just so dumb about it with all thier text and e-mails ! never tried a priest yet maybe I will go to wal-mart tomorrow and stand by the "boys pants half off" sign and get me some holy words

Like a 7th grader would even know the first thing about molesting their teacher. I have a hard time believing she would just take you out to her van after class and risk her job over a snotty little boy.

<quoted text> So if a man or woman piss outside and gets caught you would shoot them on sight. I'm sorry , but before you condemn a "sex offender" you should actually look up the meaning and all the 100 different offences and categories, a sex offender doesn't mean rape only. Do you know how many teachers out there charged with this offence and all thy did was put a hand on shoulder to say very good home work keep it up. Or how many step daddy or mommy with this charge cause step kid did not like them . I am a so called "sex offenders" wife and I'm proud to say I'm his wife, and now people call me a sex offender, but guess what who cares. What others say will only hurt them in future, not us.

I personally believe in Chemical Castration for all sex offenders. Any way we as consumers deserve to know who is out there comming into our homes and as a service technician I want to know who's home I am going into. I had one customer for the company I worked for that just gave me the creeps, I would refuse to go alone. I just didn't trust him. He would do things to his heating unit them call for service. Sure as the world he was on the sex offender list.

okay...so what about a guy who at almost 29..along with a friend.....rape a 16 yo girl? the guy says..oh..i thought she was older and besides..her mom was at the same place. hmmmm....yeah, i think he should have to register. but my question is this...if it passes and they don't have to register, does the felony rape conviction still show on their record when they apply for jobs or anything? this same said offender also has a revoked license in MO and has an IL license he is driving on. revoked for what you ask? child endangerment and drugs. aren't you glad he can drive on our st. louis streets everyday?

if you figure all are guilty and to castrate them ...thats as bad as putting to death a person who was accused of a crime and then later ..........too late because of dna or whatever was found to be innocent ......by then its too late you have already taken thier life ..no I dont believe in castration for all ...
I personally would have nailed my offenders thing to a tree trunk and tied one arm behind his back and given him a very dull knife and let him do what he needed to do to get free ...there are other ways ..for them to suffer ....

so you say no dna. witness criminal history maybe. as far as i remember its not a crime not too have money. in order for him to serve jailtime, maybe he was a bad boy before. was he tried by a jury then there must be some evidense somewhere. an since they came out with the use of dna it has sent people to jail an set them free also. broken hearted where you there when this rape occured just because he your son dosnt mean he innocent either. an iam sorry you were raped as little girl did they ever catch the person or people
