The general impression a casual reader of this thread gets is the DNR is a worthless, phocked up, mismanged, wastefull, abusive, Gestapo, jackbooted, selfserving, misdirected, overstaffed, uneducated, anti hunter, anti fisherman, disaster creating State Agency.
Maybe that's why Tom Rukavina (D - Virginia) wants to cut the DNR by 50%.
To darn bad Rukavina didn't get elected Governor he would have eliminated the budget defecit by only cutting the DNR.
Go Tommy Go!!!!!!!!!

Go Tommy Go!!!!!!!!! Rukavina is a moron. People that think like you are the people that real outdoor people hate. They should increase the DNR budget for enforcement to prosecute all the freezer fillers and other violators in this state. Out of state licenses should be $1000 regardless. Most of the people you see violating are from Wisc. and Iowa anyway.

Please wait...
Won't be long, they can have a new "taste of Minnesota" at Harriot Island, and Carp Festival".
When you leave you get to guess which booths served the carp. Or the best Carp.
Large buckets provided of course, for what ever.
