I guess my thought is why would anyone want to be connected to a political party that is hell bent on replacing our constitution with religious law?

I suspect that this person wishes to change the party from within.

Religion is, in their case, just a rationalization and a tool. They are really just all about economics ... MONEY.

I've also wondered why anyone would want to be a Democrat. Makes no sense to me either.
