Missouri lawmakers try to boost paltry pay for state workers

Perhaps state employee compensation should be tied to how much increase the legislators grant themselves annually....

In lieu of raising monetary and/or benefit packages for public employees in the state of Missouri, the lawmakers have declared that there will be a requirement that all Missourians will henceforth pay public employees more compliments followed by a "have a nice day".
This will hold payrolls down enabling the legislature to give itself more pay raises.
