As it should be!

How many accidents are caused because people couldn't read english? You already have to be able to correctly identify road signs. I think that is sufficient enough. This is really only hurting us in Missouri. It sends the signal that we aren't friendly to those who have english as a second language. If immigrants don't want to move to Missouri because of laws like these, it will only hurt us in the long run. Why are our legislators wasting time on things like this anyways when our economy still needs a LOT of help??? Maybe they should focus their efforts on things like finding more funding for education and making our state more business friendly.
