Lets look at what good this survey does for seniors. If Dave is a senior on Medicare, they make all the decisions on what services he can have, so if Dave needed certain tests, etc. He may not get them with Medicare, or he may have to pay for them all himself which is absurd. So being happy with his Doctor or Hospital means nothing if the Doctors or Hospitals are under the thumb, like most are, by Medicare guidelines. Hopefully Dave is not on Medicare yet, and his private insurance pays for his care.

WOW! So, paying for services is WRONG?
