Judge Donald Mosley's son was sentenced Tuesday for violating his probation. Michael Mosley was sentenced to 30 days in juvenile detention center and has to turn in his license. The sentencing stems from an incident in September when Michael Mosley allegedly jumped in a car and followed someone who took a cell phone from a friend.

He's not supposed to drive as part of his probation, and he also got into a fight.

Gee, where was the "MOTHER"???????? Terry Figliuzzi aka Terry Fields aka
Terry Mosley, who happens to be HIDING out because of the numerous "ARREST WARRANTS".

If anyone, should happen to see her ~ CALL THE POLICE in Las Vegas, Nevada to inquire about these warrants, or go to the Clark County website or the Henderson Township website.

I don't find ANY of the "comments" that have been posted on this forum, to be incorrect. "Whoever" is judging a few of these comments, has not done a thorough BACKGROUND CHECK, on the mother of this boy.

The mother has been EVICTED, from all three of her homes in Anthem Country Club, The Fountains, and every home she resided in, in Boulder City.

Her numerous automobiles have been repo'd, or the rental car company's have filed auto theft charges on her, for not returning the vehicle after she has had the car for months without payment.

The use of other identities to get credit cards, especially in her son's name, makes this woman such a poor example of "mothering".
