The President does not have the power to circumvent or reinterpret the law, Even if it bears his name. He's the president, not the dictator!

And so begins the White House task of making the insurance companies the heavies.

All part of the "hope and change" doctrine.

We should have a national referendum vote on healthcare reform. People are more prone to defend and participate in something, if they own it and feel they were involved in the process.

You hit that nail on the head, had more than the democratic half of the senate been involved in the wording of the law things would have run a lot smoother needed changes would have been made before it went into effect. I am ready to throw it out and start all over.

Give up. Obama Won. The filthy citizen scum and their nasty families will OBEY or suffer the consequences. If Americans had valued their personal freedoms and the rule of law they would have elected Romney.

Today, the Democratic Dictatorship in the pathetic remains of California said they will refuse to HONOR Obama's new promise. Over 1,000,000 Californains and their families will be forced into the expensive new State
Govt Cheese style health care plan with restricted access to quality hospitals and the best Doctors.

Those who worship Hussein Obama are:
Illegal Mexicans,
the ghetto crowd,
muslims, illegal and otherwise,
the American Nazi and Communist parties,
and the hard core liberals who think Hussein Obama is the best thing since processed cheese.
In their eyes, Hussein can do absolutely nothing wrong.

If I wound up being uninsured and/or over charged to the point of unnecessary hardship I would sue the state and politicians who failed to comply with a federal mandate.

Sue, sue and sue again.

YAY! go new york!

Let me just say that this healthcare is a scam and New Yorkers are not stupid.
Obama is pandering to corporate insurance companies in order to force 40+Million uninsured Americans get to become new customers to the insurance companies. Not only that but insurance companies are dropping ppl like turds and raising their premiums.
So ask yourself this How much are the insurance companies paying Obama, how do we stop such blatant abuse of power? You think the Republicans have a better idea they would have instituted a similar plan :Romney Care is not much different.
Probably just an experiment to work out the kinks before throwing it out nationally.

Not exactly true. Many people who believed he would end the wars and stop spending and bring comprehensive healthcare plans believed in him. When he said change those were the issues he talked about, and working together with Republicans unlike so many other Democrats in office. Who would have thought he'd just steal Romneycare and try to throw it to us Nationally. Who would have thought he would have thrown us from Iraq, to Afghanistan, to Pakistan, Syria, and parts of Africa.

His redeeming quality (probably the only one) is that he did not take the fall for initiating world war 3 this past september 2013.
If you don't know what I am talking about I'll be happy to explain.
