Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson opposes the proposed release of convicted rapist Thomas Duvall because he has history of more than 60 violent sexual assaults on women, he says more than 100, and fantisizes about attacking juveniles.

If he is released and offends, then the DHS and Gov. Dayton should be responsible and the victim should be able to sue them. Those sicko's are the worst of the worst and the ones who need to be incarcerated for life.
