Kinda sounds like 1996, all over again.
This is even worse: anyone far-right enough to win the nomination will lose the election; while candidates centrist enough to win the election cannot gain the nomination.
There are no pragmatic forces in today's GOP -- only rigid ideologues in thrall of their own purity of policy and resultant self-righteousness. None are fit to govern!
LOL, this unending criticism from a school bus driver....hahahaha!
What are you fit to do....oh yeah, drive a school bus....what else....sweeping out the bus....LOL!! You're getting more desperate as the public funds you get are shrinking and will get cut after the 2012 elections.

<quoted text>Hey -- just because his candidacy was a JOKE does NOT mean that he was funny.

His tax proposal was HILARIOUS -- in a deadpan, really-awful sort of way.

Bachmann is still the most consistently loopy & funny member of the Eight Dwarfs -- ideally soon to revert to the classic Seven Dwarfs.

It seems that the 9-9-9 plan was a take after Dominos Pizza's 5-5-5 pizza discount pricing or awfully similar.

The truth is that it's pie in the sky as none of it will get passed but it sure will excite the imaginations of rube voters who just thrive to easy sells.

One can imagine how much the wealthy elite would like this 9-9-9 Plan -- reduce their awful burden from 35% to 9%. Never mind that it has already been reduced from 90%(Eisenhower years) to 70%(JFK years) to 50%(Reagan years) to 39%(Clinton years).

Funny how this nation experienced the largest & longest economic boom (1945 - 1973) in its history with top-bracket marginal rates that high. Guess the "job creators" back then were a LOT more savvy than those of today!

The thought of a Romney-CAIN ticket sends the obamanation into spasms of terror. How much of the black vote could Cain syphon off from the obamanation?
All of it.

All Cain would have to say is
"I'll deliver everything you thought Obama promised you",
... and they'd vote for him.

You idiot they had other shelters and deductions back then that nobody paid those rates. You would have no clue about this because you've never made any money nor do you know anyone that has plus you're not that bright. So quite predictably you are a mindless leftist. Your posts have no more significance than a fart in a windstorm.

"Unlike Obama, Romney took office during an economic uptick. Massachusetts had a net job growth of 1.4 percent under Romney. However, that was far slower growth than the national average of 5.3 percent. As Romney’s opponents have frequently, and correctly, noted, Massachusetts ranked 47th in job growth over the entirety of Romney’s term. The only states that did worse: Louisiana, Michigan and Ohio."

Grinch is right on this one, Romney is lieing again!

Economic uptick,Massachusetts was in a downfall and was number one in the country in job losses when Romney became Governer.Mitt cut taxes 19 times while working with a legislature that had the highest ration of democrats in the nation.Romney proved he can work with the other side to get things done something this country needs right now.
