Mich. affirmative action ban struck down
A federal appeals court on Thursday narrowly struck down Michigan's 6-year-old ban on considering race and gender in college admissions, a ruling that the state intends to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Not so fast.
Well, have we had a woman president yet?
Women account for about 15% of Congress yet women make up 50.7 percent of the U.S. population.
At present, three of the nine US Supreme Court justices are women, which is 33.3%.
Will the majority of the men on the conservative Supreme Court decide?
