Michigan's Snyder Signs Bill Raising Minimum Wage

Well in the last 30 years the top 25% wage earners wages have went up by 300% with inflation figured in. With inflation figured in the lowest 50% wages have went down 25%.

My impression was that minimum wage jobs were meant as starting jobs for young people that are living with their parents in order to gain work experience and become acclimated to adult responsibility.
They are not intended as living wages for brain-dead , crack-addled baby-mammas and aspiring "rap" "artists".
I think that demographic would be better suited to the shoe shop and bakery in Jackson penitentiary.

Really? The UAW oafs make 100k a year for doing a job (between coffee breaks) that you could train a monkey to do.

I'm guessing they can afford a Ford...and a camper...and snow mobiles...and an ATV... and a Bass boat..and a shack up north....

It's also why the taxpayers had to bail out the auto companies and why job are migrating to Mexico.
