They need to lock these disgusting creatures (the people) in a cage themselves, with no food or water so that they are forced to chase each other around and gnaw on their own buttholes for scraps of nutrition. Then they contract parasites that'll eat them from the inside out and they rot. People like this are the scum of the earth, I hope they get what they deserve and then some.

Brandon Michael Thyrion, the 20 y/o "man" responsible for this grievous act of inhumanity, should be held to the highest punishment allowed. This being a felony, of no acceptable reason, I feel this would be a good case example for stricter laws and harsher punishment.
Was this an active "puppy mill"? A Boarding Kennel? Whatever the situation of this place having 38 dogs in these kennels, I hope the persons that hired Thyrion are also being held accountable? No reputable business would rely on such an "employee".

While yes, Brandon should have never left the dogs alone... Not knowing if Vicki had anyone to care for the dogs!!! I don't buy that this is entirely all his fault!!!! I know from experience of working with Vicki and these dogs, that she is often out if town!! It is common for to forget this place when she leaves, she runs out of dogfood!! And hopefully you have the money to purchase food bc getting ahold of her to get dogfood good luck!! Propane for her heaters the same story!! Your even lucky to go in there and have running water!! Her power gets shuts off often!!! How can you clean in these considitions??? And getting paid from Vicki!?! Good Luck!!! First puppy's/dogs to die there? Nope!!! If you dig around in that yard you'll find the remains of others !!! Report her to the attorities?! You can, but nothing happens!! Till now ! I am almost positive that Brandon did not have the money to buy dog food or propane attempted to get ahold of Vicki and she ignored him!!! After that the power prolly was shut off and it wasn't until he told her he quit before the electric was turned back on and dogfood was delivered!!! Brandon's problem... He actually quit on the dogs out of frustration of dealing with Vicki!! So is he in the right?! Maybe not!! But the Vicki the owner of the dogs... Is no better if not worse!!!!

There is no rhyme or reason to owning 38+ dogs in the first place, especially if they didn't have the means to take care of them. I can't even imagine the pain and suffering that these poor animals had to go through and some of them didn't survive. I'm not trying to spread doom and gloom but this kind of abuse truly sickens me and this type of human trash needs to be called out and exposed for what it is.
