Michigan bans sale of Four Loko, other caffeinated alcoholic drinks

So Michigan, where you can beer and wine at the grocery store, has the power to ban Four Loco, but in PA, where alcohol sales are "controlled" for public safety, the Liquor Control Board can only ask beer stores to stop selling Four Loco. This contrast further proves PA's liquor sales system doesn't even achieve what its supporters claim it does. Sell the stores!

Ok, this is dumb. As far as I'm concerned this is prohibition which is illegal now. Or at least I thought, I guess it's not the 21st century yet. Second, I can name several drinks worse than four loko. How about 151. That has about 75 % alcohol
