Figuring out what and how Michigan needs to change in this bad economy is prompting a rash of forums, community meetings and Internet sites set up to collect opinions and help the state move forward.

I alluded to a part of Thomas Paine's famous quote that Lee Iacocca used so effectively for Chrysler Corp. "Either lead, follow or get the hell out of the way". Granholm should do the latter, and the sooner the better.
