Switching to a private contractor to manage and operate the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department would bring dramatic changes for the largest water and sewer system in the state, its 1,600 employees and its 4 million customers.

Detroit has a long standing proven track record of failure, mismanagement corruption, deception. which is why they are in bankruptcy court even as we speak.
time to get the city bumbling corrupt mismanagers out of the way and let private contractors screw this up for a change.
