What the hell are they doing on this project? It is past midnight and loud equipment from this project is running. I live almost a mile from the freeway and it is resonating through my house.

It's another milk job with Carlo and MDOT. They've had this stretch tied up since March. I swear they use the Roseville portion of I-94/696 for a training program. What a joke!!!
