Restaurants at rest stops? Michigan puts out feelers
Michigan is interested in possibly commercializing a couple of rest areas along a major highway in the northern part of the state.

The state is not very good when it comes to serving or preparing food. Having to negotiate contracts, agreements, etc. is always a red tape issue and ends up costing tax payers money. Let the people who are already in the business handle it. Don't we have more important things to worry about?
