#1 Jul 5, 2014
tell you what.
you just bring the man you " unfairly" killed back to life and we will forget the whole thing.
Why is it n word killers are always "unfairly" treated what about his victim he was unfairly killed.

Like they say, "Death row is filled with innocent men." In reality, a few are redeemed from death row by DNA that proves their innocence. The fact is that prosecutors and police will hide exculpatory evidence and even falsify evidence. And sometimes a judge will sentence well beyond guidelines for reasons only known to him.
This inmates story is that he was not even guilty. He was merely defending himself from the back seat when he shot the front seat person. Nobody believed that before so he's going for the unfair sentencing angle while being Mr. Nice Guy in prison.

Unfortunately, your view is too common among police and prosecutors. They become judge and jury all in one. They believe the street person is essentially guilty of something and needs to be punished for the ones he must have gotten away with.
Like the old Chinese proverb, "Beat your children each day. If you don't know why, they do."
PS> I have no way of knowing whether he's guilty or not. My concern is the process, or lack of due process.
