Need more money??
Tax welfare payments, drug dealers, illegal immigrants, food stamps.
This worked before in Detroit.
The city county and state over taxed over regulated business and drove them out of town.
There is an axiom in economics which states.
"what you tax you get less of what you subsidize you get more of"
so you want the drug dealing gangs to move on, just tax the hell out of them, unionize drug dealers the union work to rule crap will slow down everything.
Then tax the welfare queens and they will all move to Oakland or someplace without taxes just like business did when you over taxed them Remember???
Hey this over taxing over regulating and unionizing thing really works. Detroit is proof positive.
“Come and get it! ”
