No kidding. My dad is in a rest home because we could not watch him close enough to prevent stuff like this - thankfully he never did any harm to himself or others. Somebody ought to ask him who the President is before they consider charges - yeesh. Be glad he's still alive.

I can't believe they are considering charges against him. He was obviously trying to dispose of potentially hazardous materal. Given the guy is 79 he probalby had a momentary lapse in judgement. Let's hope the prosecutor finds bigger fish to fry.
