Flooding Threatens St. John Valley
“I hadn't seen flooding like this since the flood of '87”
Between 30 and 40 homes in the St. John Valley have been evacuated. Governor Baldacci declared a state of emergency Tuesday night and is headed to the county Wednesday. via WLBZ
