SCOTUS's Big Gay-Marriage Day, Explained
On Friday, the Supreme Court will convene privately to make a highly anticipated decision: Will it weigh in on gay marriage? There are currently seven cases in front of the court, covering issues including whether married gay veterans can be buried together in a military cemetary, and whether same-sex couples can once again marry in California.

We could find out as soon as this afternoon which cases they will accept- most likely the Windsor case.
We won't find out until Monday which cases they've rejected.
I'm betting Prop 8 won't be on either list and will just be held indefinitely.
