The poor don't pay for a damn thing. They just take more handouts from the state, sit at home, watch TV, smoke pot, smoke cigarettes, screw, make more kids they don't support, buy booze, play scratch tickets, and when they get sick, they get free healthcare from Medicaid/FreeMoneyCaid.

I've seen misuse of funds with the Medicaid/MaineCare Program. Fat, obese people can get gastric bypass paid for by the program! WTF is up with that?
