Supreme Court Lets Restrictive Maryland Gun Law Stand

I think the U.S. Supreme Court was right to refuse to hear the appeal to overturn Maryland's gun control laws. The State of Maryland should be able to say who can lawfully carry a firearm out in public. Be that as it may, a person has the right to his gun in his/her own home for his/her own safety; otherwise, it is simply infringement.
