Another attempt to display the idiocy of the Democrat Party of Maryland. They have never heard of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights if it interferes with their wacko dream of Nirvana (aka Orwell's1984). If the MD legislature is so stupid (probably are) as to pass this abominable raid on the rights of We the People, and the governor signs it in a fit of power mongering, the courts will strike it down with a vengeance!
