how tragic! I feel for this mom, she had a wonderful, beautiful young man who could have been someone that we all could have benefited from. God bless her and may he ease her pain. A lovely woman, trying to save other children from tragic accidents such as this one.

Hmmm.. From the article:
"It was after school, and Alexander — then a student at John Hanson French Immersion and Montessori School in Oxon Hill — met with new friends, his mother said. Alexander’s brother, Aaron, about a year younger, was with him. When the friends suggested the group go onto the construction site, Aaron went home, Booker says. Alexander stayed with the group. Once on the site, the boys somehow started a vehicle. Alexander rode in the rear. When the vehicle overturned, it crushed him."
The fact that she wants millions is just a minor component, right? She wants to prevent tragedies?
To me, the only tragedy is that it didn't wipe out the whole group.
Because the company did not prevent her son and his friends from trespassing and destroying property, they were sued? What a tragedy the b-hatch lost!
How is she entitled to ANYTHING?!
How is it the company's fault that her ghetto-rat son died while committing a crime.
I guess it was also the company's fault that the high school kids can't read a NO TRESPASSING sign.
Maybe she can sue you when one of her other illigitimate kids gets fatally injured trying to break into your house through your plate glass window that should have had bars on it. Clearly it would be your fault for preventing her idiot child from hurting itself.
On the plus side, think of all the baby-mommas that won't be collecting welfare to support his offspring.
Maybe the company deserves a medal.
They deserve that more than she deserves a cent.
