Let talk about the health risks of the gay lifestyle to themselves and the public in general.

Please provide the stats that prove that the married lifestyle has increased health risks for the married couple in question, and the general public?

Then, show how another couple marrying will have ANY effect on you, or your children. How do more secure families and kids harm you, or society?

At least attempt to use a little logic.

Why? I have never heard of a single incidence, in any state in the USA, where that has happened. Really, of you don't act like the KKK no one treats you like the KKK.

Are you saying that all Christian churches are acting like the KKK?

Acording to the cdc and ama only shooting heroin in your ARM is slightly more dangerous.
Let talk about having to wair a plug in your rectum in order to keep from soiling your self
Let's talk about stds aids hiv parasites drug alcohol and mental problems
Forget the deflection about the church its about health and safety issues
I have read the reports and they are frightening its a very dangerous way to live and the public needs to be made aware of it
Your using statistics based on a small segment of the Gay and Lesbian Community, Solely on promiscuous men. Not all Gay men are promiscuous and those that are would not marry so your argument is stupid and does not apply to this. Your like so many bigots you latch on to one tree so you don't have to think about the Forrest. My GAY life is not any more dangerous than anyone's with the exception of the what I have to endure at the hands of so called Christian's

Not at all. The clinics surveyed are where the poor go for their healthcare.

The poor are historically more prone to all manner of diseases.

GOOD!!!

If you support bigotry then you SHOULD be treated just like every other bigot.

Btw, the KKK holds the EXACT SAME POSITION on marriage for same-sex couples as the churches you refer to. So why SHOULDN'T they be treated the same way??

It depends on which poll. Another poll released the same day showed the same 55-45 split as before.

It's gonna be close either way. All we can do is work on turing out our supporters and hope for the best.

There are lots of Gays and Lesbians who have NEVER been molested and who are still Gay or Lesbian because it is who they are.....one's sexual orientation is innate, it's not a choice unless one is bisexual!!!!
There are heterosexual women who were molested as young girls, yet they are not Lesbians.......so, why is your theory that if a person is Gay or Lesbian that must mean they had to be molested?
How would the County clerk know if 2 Gay men applying for a marriage license are HIV/AIDS positive? They wouldn't and it doesn't matter.....and you again are making an ASSumption that ALL Gay men have HIV/AIDS and they don't!!!
As for your idiotic comment about a man doing an underage boy in a sexual manner.....well, that's simply Child Molestation and it's labeled male-male molestation because it rarely has anything to do with the sexual orientation of the Molester!!!
Oh ok becouse you say so no one can queston that logic

So if the ages don't match male on males sex isn't sodomy

And female molestation doesn't show up as the couse of prostitution in most Weman and being butt raped doesn't make any boy gay oh good to know you debunked those idias you must write a book and inform all the experts how wroung they are .

And of course include a chapter on how no gay man at any time has ever atempted to proselise anyone into the gay lifestyle

Entirely apart from the complete hash you've made at spelling the English language, you seem to have difficulty distinguishing valid sources from invalid.

It has NOTHING to do with my say so.....you believe that if one was molested....ALL were molested and that is a false statement!!!

If ANY adult has sex with a minor.....it called a CRIME!!!

Again, not always is molestation a leading cause of prostitution or homosexuality!!!

People like you simply don't get it......you want to make Gays and Lesbians look bad, but you have no real evidence to back up your claims with.....then you want to twist things around when someone does provide evidence!!!

You're an idiot!!!

Keeping marriage as is, between male and female, is the moderate position; changing the law to allow two men or two women to be considered married is the extreme position.
Vote no on six, to keep the status quo.
Backers of the Maryland measure wonder how clear it will be to voters that while approval would give same-sex couples the right to marry, no religious organizations would be forced to perform such ceremonies. Supporters believe that if undecided voters understand that, the measure is more likely to pass.

If it's defeated, we'll just be back next year, and the next, and the next, and the next, and the next until it DOES pass or until the courts overturn the bans.

On a related topic, the Illinois legislature is likely to take up a marriage equality bill in the lame duck session in Dec.

We could be at 10 or 11 states with marriage equality by the end of the year, including 3 of the 5 most populous states in the nation.

I hope you're right. An better route would be to have SCOTUS rule that under teh full faith and credit clause, ALL states must legally recognize ALL teh marriages of other states, without exception. What would be the CONSTITUTIONAL reason for not making such a ruling ? "We don't like it." ?

And I think a comparison of this to interracial marriage (which some states allowed and others did not) and cousin marriage (which some states allow, and some states STILL don't allow), is a perfectly valid comparison from a federal constitutional perspective. LEGALLY, there is no such thing as an "inter-racial marriage", nor a "cousin marriage", nor a "gay marriage". There is ONLY "MARRIAGE".
